All booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable and can be moved once. Any no call/no shows and same day cancellation will result to being charged 100% of the service cost fee. Appointments made without a deposit on the day of appointment will result in automatic cancellation. If failure to pay the no show or booking fee, you will not be able to book until the fee is paid.
